Scope
Do you film, script or produce videos for me?
No. We work only with footage you already record: your podcast, show, interviews or long-form videos. You keep recording the way you do now. We cut Shorts from those recordings, publish your long videos the right way, and fix your channel.
How do you get access to my channel?
On your onboarding call, you invite our studio account to your channel in YouTube Studio: Settings, then Permissions, then Invite, with the role Editor (Limited). It usually takes about a minute. We never need your password, and you can remove our access at any time from the same screen.
How long is the commitment?
The Tune-Up is a one-time project. Monthly plans start with 90 days, then continue month to month. There's no 6-month lock-in.
How much of my time does this take?
About 15 minutes a week. Each week you get every title and description in one place to approve or edit. Nothing goes live without your approval.
Which platforms do you work on?
YouTube only. We focus on one platform so we can do it properly: search, Shorts, long-form publishing and your channel page.
Who is this for?
Owners of service businesses who host a podcast or video show and sell something worth $3,000 or more per client: gym and fitness owners, financial advisors, real estate teams, attorneys, med spas, clinics, coaches and consultants. It's especially useful if your channel has fewer than 10,000 subscribers and views that don't match your effort.
Do you make thumbnails?
YouTube Growth includes cover and thumbnail recommendations. YouTube Partner includes custom thumbnails for your long videos. On any plan, you can add a custom thumbnail for $75.
Process
What's in the free Channel Check?
We review your YouTube channel before the call. Then, on a live 1-hour Zoom call with Ty, you'll see 3 problems holding it back, 3 quick wins, and what each issue is costing you. A written summary follows. Qualified channels also receive a free sample Short. There's no cost, no obligation and nothing new to film.
How fast will I see changes?
On a Tune-Up, your top 5 videos get new titles and descriptions within 48 hours, and the full Tune-Up is done in about 2 weeks. Growth on YouTube takes longer, so we set honest 90-day expectations and report search share and watch time from month one.
Do I approve everything?
Yes. Nothing goes live without your approval. Each week you get every title and description in one place, ready to approve or edit in one pass.
How do you handle accuracy?
Every quote is checked word for word against what was actually said, and we never put quote marks around words you didn't say. Health and money topics keep their disclaimer at the bottom of the description. This matters for advisors, attorneys and clinics, and we treat it seriously for everyone.
Who signs off on regulated content?
Compliance sign-off for regulated content stays with you and your compliance team.
Can you promise more views or more customers?
No one honestly can. We fix what's holding your channel back, publish consistently, and report real numbers every month: views, watch time, search share, top search terms and, with tracked links, visits to your website.
Pricing and terms
What are founding prices?
Our first 10 clients get founding prices, locked for 12 months: Tune-Up $750 ($1,250 after founding spots), Shorts Engine $997 a month ($1,500 after founding spots), YouTube Growth $1,750 a month ($2,500 after founding spots) and YouTube Partner $2,950 a month ($3,500 after founding spots).
Is the Tune-Up fee credited if I continue?
Yes. The full Tune-Up fee is credited toward any monthly plan you start within 30 days.
How does billing work?
Monthly plans are billed in advance. They start with 90 days, then continue month to month.
Access and ownership
Who owns the Shorts and videos?
You do. You own all of your content, including every Short we cut from your footage.
What happens to my channel if we stop working together?
Everything stays on your channel. You remove our Editor (Limited) access, and that's it. We never delete videos or change channel ownership.
