How it works

You keep recording. We handle the rest.

About 15 minutes a week of your time. We do the tedious work inside YouTube, and nothing goes live without your approval.

The process

Five steps, one steady rhythm.

  1. Intake

We learn your goals, your audience, your brand voice and the links that matter. You give us Editor (Limited) access to your channel. Never your password.

    Your timeA 30-minute call

  2. Channel analysis

We run the Watch Next 12™, the 12 areas below, and send you a scored, red-to-green report showing what each issue is costing you.

    Your timeRead the report

  3. Fix and plan

We fix your top videos, clean up your channel page and build a 30-day publishing plan.

    Your timeApprove the changes

  4. Publish

Your long videos and the Shorts we cut from them go out on a fixed schedule, with every title, description, chapter and link set.

Your timeAbout 15 minutes a week to approve titles

  5. Report

A monthly analysis in plain English: what grew, what didn't, and what we change next.

The Watch Next 12

Is your channel quietly working against you?

Here's what we check, what each one costs you when it's wrong, and what we do about it. Every check is scored red, amber or green, so you can see at a glance what to fix first.

Titles

Too long and cut off, or so vague that nobody can tell what the video is about.

Searchable or intriguing, chosen for each video's job, with the important words up front and short enough not to get cut off.

Thumbnails

Hard to read on a phone, so fewer clicks, and YouTube shows the video to fewer people.

Better Shorts cover frames, plus thumbnail fixes for your top videos.

Keywords

Your videos never show up when customers search for the exact problem you solve.

Real search-phrase research for your niche and your city.

Descriptions

Your website is buried under a wall of social links, so viewers never reach your offer.

Only the links that matter, at the top: full video, website, podcast.

Short linking

Shorts get views, but nobody finds your full episodes. Those views turn into nothing.

Every Short tap-linked to its full video with Related video.

Cards and end screens

Viewers watch one video and leave, with no clear next step.

Each video points to the next best one, and to subscribe.

Chapters

Long videos feel like a wall, people skip away, and Google and YouTube have to guess your key moments.

Clear chapters that keep viewers and show up in search.

Playlists

No path to the next video, so a new viewer watches one and never comes back.

Topic playlists that lead viewers from one video to the next.

Channel page

Visitors land on a blank or outdated page and don't subscribe.

Banner, about text, featured video and links that point visitors to your offer.

Hook and retention

Viewers decide in the first few seconds whether to stay. A slow start loses them before your point.

A hook check on your Shorts, with clear fixes for future cuts.

Upload pattern

No rhythm, no habit: your audience never knows when the next episode lands.

A steady weekly schedule you can actually keep.

Settings and analytics

One wrong audience setting can switch off comments, end screens and notifications.

Settings corrected, plus a plain-English read of your traffic and retention.

Our standards

Accuracy you can put your name to.

Your channel carries your reputation. Every piece of work follows the same rules.

  • Every title is short enough not to get cut off, puts the important words up front, and promises only what the video delivers.
  • Quotes are checked word for word. We never put quote marks around words you didn't say.
  • Health and money topics keep their disclaimer, at the bottom of the description.
  • Only the links that matter: your full video, your site and your podcast.
  • Nothing goes live without your approval.

What we need from you

Less than you think.

  • The long videos or podcast episodes you already record
  • Editor (Limited) access to your YouTube channel, given in YouTube Studio under Permissions
  • Your key links: website, offer and podcast
  • Read access to your website analytics, if you want website visits reported
  • About 15 minutes a week to approve titles and descriptions

What we never do

Clear lines.

  • Script, film or produce videos from scratch
  • Ask for your password
  • Delete videos or change channel ownership
  • Publish anything you haven't approved
