Terms of Service

These terms apply to watchnextstudio.com and to the services provided by Watch Next Studio ("we", "us"). By using the website or our services, you agree to them. If you sign a separate agreement or order with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

1. Our services

We provide YouTube channel services: channel analysis and fixes, publishing of your long-form videos, and Shorts cut from your own long-form footage. We work only on YouTube and only with footage you record or have already published. We don't script, film or produce videos from scratch. Current packages and prices are listed on our Services & Pricing page.

2. The free Channel Check

The Channel Check is free and creates no obligation. It's based on what is publicly visible on your channel. Any sample Short we make for you is sent to you privately. We won't publish it anywhere without your permission, and you own it.

3. Fees and payment

• The Channel Tune-Up is a one-time fee, paid before work begins.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance, once a month.
• Founding prices apply to our first 10 clients and are locked for 12 months from the start date.
• The Tune-Up fee is credited in full toward a monthly plan started within 30 days of the Tune-Up purchase.
• Prices don't include any applicable taxes.

4. Term and cancellation

Monthly plans start with an initial 90-day term, then continue month to month. After the first 90 days, either of us can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for a month that has started are not refundable unless your agreement says otherwise.

5. Your content

You own all of your content, including every Short and video we edit or publish for you. While we work together, you give us permission to edit, title, describe and publish your footage on your YouTube channel for the purpose of the services. You confirm that you have the rights to the footage, music and other material you give us.

6. Channel access

We ask only for Editor (Limited) access in YouTube channel permissions and will never ask for your password. We never delete videos or change channel ownership. You can remove our access at any time.

7. Approvals

Nothing goes live without your approval. You're responsible for reviewing titles, descriptions and Shorts before you approve them. We check quotes word for word and keep disclaimers you require, but final approval rests with you.

8. Results

YouTube decides how it shows videos, and many factors are outside our control. We can't promise any specific number of views, subscribers, leads or revenue. Figures on this website describe past work and aren't a prediction of your results.

9. Third-party platforms

YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Watch Next Studio is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Your use of YouTube is subject to YouTube's own terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.

11. Website use

The content of this website is ours. Please don't copy it for commercial use without permission. The website is provided as is.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
