- We take 5 videos a week. If this week's are taken, we'll email you the day yours starts (your 3 business days start then), or refund you if you'd rather not wait.
- If your video supports fewer than 3 strong Shorts, you can send us a second video and we'll cut the rest from it, at no extra charge.

What kind of video works?
Any finished video of yours, 3 minutes or longer, with you or your team talking: a market update, a Q&A, a webinar or an explainer.
What if my video is longer than 3 hours?
Send it. For a video over 3 hours, we email you the time it will be back before we start.
Do you need my YouTube login or access?
No. We don't need access to your channel for this, and we never ask for your password. You post everything yourself, when you like.
Do you edit my long video?
No. Your long video stays as you made it. We write 3 title options, its description and chapters, and cut up to 3 Shorts from it.
What if I want changes?
You get one round of changes within 7 days: word changes, a trim, and 1 of your Shorts swapped for a different moment from your video. Put them all in one reply, and they come back within 3 business days. Any mistake of ours, we fix at no charge.
How do I send a big file?
Share it with a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link, set so anyone with the link can view. If you don't have the original, download it in YouTube Studio on a computer. The original gives sharper Shorts.
Can I order One Video, Done again?
No. It's for your first order only: one per business. After that, the YouTube Content & Publishing Plan does this for up to 4 of your videos a month, and Extra Shorts are open to anyone.
What happens after?
Nothing, unless you want more. If you like it, the YouTube Content & Publishing Plan does this for up to 4 of your videos a month, with up to 3 captioned Shorts per video, and publishes them for you after your OK. It's $597 a month, month to month, and your $47 comes off your first month if you start within 30 days after we deliver.
What if I want more Shorts?
You can order Extra Shorts: 5 more, $97, within 3 business days of the file. We confirm which video before we start.
