Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect only what we need to help you, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

This policy explains how Watch Next Studio ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through watchnextstudio.com and in the course of providing our YouTube channel services.
What we collect
When you book a Channel Check or contact us
- Your name and email address
- Your YouTube channel link and what your business sells
- Anything you choose to tell us when you book, on a call or by email, such as your goals or how often you publish
When you become a client
- Billing details, which are handled by our payment provider. We don't store card numbers.
- Channel information we can see through the Editor (Limited) access you give us, such as analytics, video details and settings
- Footage and files you share with us so we can edit and publish your videos
When you visit the website
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. This website does not set advertising cookies. When you open our booking calendar, it loads from our scheduling provider, Calendly, which may set its own cookies and offers its own cookie choices.
How we use it
- To prepare your Channel Check and reply to you
- To schedule calls and provide the services you sign up for
- To send invoices and service updates
- To keep the website secure and working
We use channel analytics only to do the work for you and to report on it. We never publish anything to your channel without your approval.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need. These include website hosting, email, scheduling (Calendly), video calls (Zoom) and payment processing. Each of them is bound by its own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your YouTube channel
We ask only for Editor (Limited) access and never ask for your password. You can remove our access at any time in YouTube Studio under Settings, then Permissions. Use of YouTube is also subject to Google's own Privacy Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep Channel Check bookings and notes for up to 24 months, and client records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax requirements. Ask us and we'll delete your information sooner unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@watchnextstudio.com. Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us passwords or sensitive personal information.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
